In season 4, episode 11 at the end of the episode, when Lucas puts flowers on Keith's grave it shows his death as ?? 23, 2006. (flowers are covering the month). But when Lucas goes to Jimmy's grave, His death date shows as March 1, 2006. Keith and Jimmy died in the hallway together on the same day.
