Back To The Future - Haircut changing
When Marty arrived at the mansion in 1955, Doc had long hair. When they both visited school the next day, it can be seen clearly under the hat that Doc was wearing that he had short cut hair at the back of his neck. After that, Doc again had long hair for the rest of the movie.
