At approximately 50:00 into the movie, when Joe(Not Sure), Frito, and the rest of the cabinet members are in the dried up crop fields on the pretense of Joe solving the crop problem, the police/guards bring Rita out per Joe's request and Joe and Rita are reunited for the first time since they split up at Costco. Rita exclaims, "Joe!", and is soon corrected by one of the guards that it's, "Secretary Not Sure." Rita asks, "Secretary of what?" and is not answered. A few seconds later, when Joe and Rita and walking away from the group through the field, Rita asks how he became, "Secretary of Interior." She was not told that it was the Interior and had no way of knowing that information then miraculously says it a few seconds later.
