When the bad guys turn the members of the United World Organization into dust, all of the test tubes are filled with different colored dust and at different levels. One tube is only half full. You can plainly see the different levels when Catwoman holds them up. Then a little later Commador Schmedlack knocks over the viles. When Batman uses the Super Molecular Dust Separator and refills the test tubes, for some reason all the tubes contain the same amount of dust. Then during rehydration, the test tubes are again at different levels
