The Shield - Shoe Slip Up
In episode 3 of season 3, the episode named 'Bottom B**ch' 30 mins 45 secs (approx) Farah walks to meet Smooth wearing her sneakers, the camera cuts to Vic and co in the car and he says "I just saved her life, you watch" the camera cuts back to Farah, still walking only now she's wearing her high heels, I don't think she could have stopped to change as she didn't have her bag with her.
