In episode 2 of season 3, the episode named 'Blood and Water' , 30 mins and 55 seconds (approx), Dutch is interrogating Estaban and says "who gave you the gun" and then as the camera zooms in he says "the gun that killed your best friend" but you can clearly see his lips aren't moving during this last phrase.
