During the fight scene with Kyle and Chucky in the bedroom, Kyle hits him with a lamp and he hides under the bed. Kyle begins walking around the room looking for Chucky. At one point, she backs into Joanne's dead body and for a quick second a boom mike bobs down at the top of the mirror behind Kyle for just a quick second and then Kyle's head moves in the way. just keep your eyes on that mirror on the dresser, right when she bumps into Joanne it bobs down for a quick second.
