During the scene when Dorothy and the Scarecrow get into a fight with the talking tree when the Scarecrow is hit by an apple and goes flying backwards, on the shot of Scarecrow on the ground, you can see on the right side of the screen, Dorothy with a pair of black shoes on and not her slippers. But then in the next shot, the ruby slippers are back on her feet.
