In Munchkin Land, after the witch has gone, Glinda says "Don't take those slippers off your feet for a moment, or you will be at the mercy of the Wicked Witch of the West". After she says this, and Dorothy begins to say her lines, Glinda raises her wand up and accidentally hits her crown with her wand. You can even hear the clink as she does so.
