This is an audio slip up. I was watching this movie the other day and noticed that in the scene where Annie walks out of the alley after rescuing Sandy, she is singing the song "dumb dog." Watch her mouth as she is walking out of the alley. She is supposed to be singing, yet her mouth is closed and her lips aren't moving.
