In this scene, Jason is explaining to his brother-in-law's sister that he plays in a band at the Dew Drop Inn "out on route 39." In previous episodes, and pretty much throughout the series, the route is referred to as Route 29 (the road that actually does run through the part of Virginia where the show is set).
