In the beginning of episode 2.4 (Backfire), the TMU guy tells Coach Taylor he took the job knowing his wife was pregnant. Coach Taylor agrees; however, Taylor found out his wife was pregnant in episode 1.22. He took the job in 1.21 after TMU gave him an ultimatum.
