In the episode (I forget what it's called)where Drake and Josh have to go to a wedding but their car breaks down, Drake accidentally throws a big rock onto Josh's foot, and Josh says it's broken. Just a little bit later is a head-to-toe shot of both Drake and Josh, and the rock is gone. Not only that, but both Drake and Josh walk away from the car to go to the bathroom on a cactus, and guess what? Josh walks just fine, so how was his foot broken?
