This happens in the episode where Author buys Doug and Carrie the little German car for Christmas. About halfway through the episode when Author wants them to come out to the garage so he can show them the car, as they walk through the yard you can see vines and plants growing all over the yard. It's suppose to be Christmas Eve, but it looks more like summer. When they're in the car driving down the highway, if you look out the window everytime the camera pans to Author, you can see all the trees passing by are lush and green.
