In the episode,"The Great Bank Robbery" at about 17 minutes, Cletus is on the sidewalk "harassing citizens" as Waylon Jennings just said. If you look closely at the newspaper the guy smoking the pipe is reading, you can see the sketch of the hijacker from the episode,"The Great Hazzard Hijack". It is the same newspaper used in that episode. In "The Great Hazzard Hijack", when Bo and Luke look at the newspaper with the sketch of the hijacker, it is supposed to be 5 years old!
