In one of the last scenes where they(The Expendables) are still in Vilena, right after Stallone's Character (Barney Ross)says googbye to Sandra(General Garza's daughter), He boards the plane and enters the cockpit hanging his gun-belt on a hook inside the cockpit. Right here is where the (3 shot) slip up occurs. Shot number 1) as he hangs up his gun-belt he can been seen wearing a black t-shirt. Shot number 2) Is a medium shot from behind of Stallone walking to the front of the cockpit and here he is clearly wearing a Flac Jacket/Kevlar vest. Shot number 3) Stallone in the process of sitting down in the Captain's chair.... wearing no vest. If it was a two shot slip up you could argue he just took the vest off and they decided to cut that shot for time, but since it is a 3 shot slip up there is no way to explain why he would have no vest on, put one on and then take it back off in a 5 to 10 second time sequence.
