1960..Elvis Presley

Ok, the slip up here occurs throughout the entire movie. Everytime they show a "night" scene, it's shot in the daylight. The sky is bright blue, the sun is out and it's obviously daytime even though they are saying it's the middle of the night. They also have a cricket tape playing to make you think it's night. Why didn't they just shoot the scenes at night? It looks ridiculous!
