In the Episode "Little Muriel," when Courage is preparing Macaroni and Cheese, one animation is used twice before the scene ends.

The first usage has Muriel respond with "Less macaroni," but you'll notice the lips don't quite sync up.

A few seconds later, this animation is reused, with Muriel screaming "Too much macaroni!" This time the lips match.
