The Slip-Up I noticed was on the series premier of the new Hawaii Five-O. In the scene where they are trying to stop the cargo ship heading for China, Steve and his partner are driving what is clearly a late 2000's Crown Victoria. When they drove onto the cargo ship the car they are in is a mid 1990's Crown Victoria. This was very obvious to me as you can tell a major difference in the taillights of the two cars.
