Season 1 episode 2 of Angel has a point where a cameraman gets in the shot. about 27minutes 30 seconds into the show where angel is fighting the demon in the apartment, he gets thrown upside-down into a wall. If you look to the lower right of the screen there is a cameraman in the shot. editing should have removed this oversight. I spotted it at full speed but paused it to make sure I had seen exactly that.
