In the "Shanghaied" episode (Spongebob and Patrick are forced to help the Flying Dutchman scare people), Patchey the Pirate does the intro and the outro for the episode. Throughout the scenes that contain him speaking, there are numerous times when his mouth doesn't match the words we hear.

I do realize that this may have been intentional as a joke, but I just wanted to point it out.
