In Episode 1 of Season 4, Gibbs and Ziva are looking for a hidden camera in a vent. While Gibbs begins to climb on something so he can reach the vent, the camera man is seen very clearly off to the left. The screen quickly changes to something else and the camera man is miraculously not here anymore.
