During the entire movie, anytime we see someone driving a car, the steering wheels are on the wrong side. The wheels in Europe are on the right side and all the placements in the movie has the steering wheels on the left. Those scenes must have been filmed in America? Mr Howard should have caught that!
This is false. In all of Europe, only the United Kingdom drives on the left and thus has right-hand-drive cars; all the rest of Europe, including Italy, drives on the right and thus has left-hand-drive cars, just as in North America. There are other countries (such as Australia) which drive on the left, but not in Europe.
