Near the end of the movie, Stephen Lang's character "Joe" gets gunned down after a long gun fight outside the home the group was staying at in Miami. He falls against the back of a cream colored car and then to the ground.
The slip-up occurs when the camera view keeps cycling between a close up view of the back of the car and a view further away. One shows a large amount of blood all over the side of the car ... and the other shows no blood at all. It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't cycle through the views so many times as if to continually remind the viewer of the slip-up.
