D2: The Mighty Ducks - Right Handed When Injured, Then Left Handed When Healed
During the Iceland vs. USA game when the Ducks lose 12 to 1, Adam Banks scores the only goal for Team USA. At the time of the goal he plays right handed (you can tell by which hand he has on the lower part of the shaft on his stick), this is the wrist that was injured by Sanderson (Iceland player). Then at the end of the movie in the shootout Adam switches hands when shooting. He if now a lefthand shooter. You can tell when he has his lefthand on the lower part of the shaft.

I know many hockey players. Some of them do actually switch. A right handed person often can shoot with more power shooting left handed, so may choose to do so in a shootout. But during normal play, he'll stay right handed for better control & endurance. You won't ever see them switch during play, since there's a difference in right & left handed sticks. But for a shootout, it's an option.
