After Nick beats up Bo and locks him out, he runs downstairs to find Carly. When he discovers her bloody finger (where Bo previously cut off her finger) you can clearly see that her index finger is very much in tact, just with corn syrup blood all over it. You even see her fingernail and all. Not covered up very well by the fake blood.
