The first time you see Red Mist and Kickass get into the Mustang the door have Lamborghini style door where they open into the air rather than outwards.

The second time you see them get out of the Mustang the door open outwards like normal doors

And then the third time you see them getting into the Mustang the door are back to the Lamborghini style doors
