Not only does Claire age 2 years in Season 2, but in the episode "Anniversary" (part 2 in particulare), it is Michael and Jay's 15th wedding Anniversary, and Michael wants to renew their vows, and have a propper wedding, because they had to rush to the alter the first time because Jay was pregnant with Jr.

This would be fine except that Jr is 17, not 15.
