After her encounter with the raptor in the sub-station, she runs out of the building wearing two shirts, a tee-shirt and a loose fitting blouse over it. The next scene with her has her running back to the compound with only the tee-shirt on. If she was in a hurry, why did she take the time to take off a shirt?
Also, she had a flashlight on a long rope around her foot when she was running away. When she ran out of the bunker, she slammed the door on what should have been the flashlight, but it dissapears without a trace.
firstly maybe she took it off while she was running
secondly to the person who wrote the first comment
the door closes while the tourch is in there so the torch
would snap off.
There's still the possibility that she got mud or dung or blood from that guy's arm on her shirt, so she stopped to wash it... yeah, it's stupid, isn't it!
If a severed arm had fallen on my shirt, I would sure as hell take the shirt off. And I don't know how long it takes YOU to do something like that, but most people could manage it in a second or two. AND while running.

I noticed a slight slip up with Satler's shirt towards the beginning of the movie. They arrive at the park, and they take that car ride out to see the dinosaurs, then they head back to the main complex. While they are out viewing the dinosaurs, I noticed that Satler had a white undershirt with a pink cover shirt over it. But, after they drive to the main complex and head inside, I noticed that Satler's undershirt had turned from white to purple.
