Perhaps the scene was to simply demonstrate the surreal side of reality as it doesn't matter how many times she puts the lipstick away, because the director knows that the majority of us appreciate the movie as a masterpiece in it's "entirety", (without pause buttons) and focus on the intense gloss of her lips or the percision of her skill...Nah!... we're all just waiting... just tensing for the next few seconds before "Bender" just verbally annihilates her!
It's just a simple continuity error. After she does her 'trick' we see her from behind put her lipstick away, and then we see a medium shot of her, putting her lipstick away again.
She did in fact put her lipstick away twice, after her trick we get a view of her from behind, putting the cap on and putting it into her bag, and then we cut to a medium shot of her doing the same thing
I have noticed that, too. It was shot from two different angles at least two different times to be able to see both her doing her trick and the reaction of everyone watching.
