Everytime we see Harvey's girlfriend come out of her mother's house, the tree by the front steps has turned it's fall colors. Also, the trees in the backyard have turned as well. However, in the final scene where they are walking away and also at various other spots in the movie, the trees are green and there are even places where spring flowers are blooming.
