This is a slip up from Season 4 Episode 18 "Occasional Amber".

The scene is Detective Tony busts in on Gary and Amber (a.k.a Jade) making plan to steal the Harland diamond. She catches the in Gary's room with the floor plan of the auction house ant then another detective named Greg enters points a gun at Tony makes her unconscious with an anesthesia, lifts her up and takes her out of the room.

The thing is when he is just about to go out of the room Tony lifts her hand. We can see her hand move from the glass of the door. This happens at 29 minutes. It happens rather quickly. You can set your player to slow motion to view this.
