During the scene where the A-10s are flying against the Skynet aircraft, neither of the pilots are flying with parachutes installed in their ejection seats. Their shoulder restraints, which are normally connected to the deployable parachute, are simply wrapped around the headrest pad.

Yet Williams had one when she ejected from her aircraft. Pretty impressive.
