Andy Griffith Show, The - Squad Car Beacon
In the episode "Citizens Arrest", Gomer makes a U-turn and Barney persues with the squad car warning beacon on and rotating. When Barney brings the car to a stop, the beacon can be seen turning off. When Barney returns to the squad car after lecturing Gomer, the car's beacon is fully energized.
