Near the end of the movie, when Chigurh's car is hit broadside by another at an intersection, he climbs out with a badly broken left arm. However, his car was struck from the right, and if anything the driver's side door would be forced away from his left arm, not into it. To break his left arm as shown, his car should have been struck from the left, or, given the right-side impact, his right arm should have been broken.
This dawned on me within five minutes of leaving the theater.
