In the scene where Axel is in the pool in the mansion he decided to live in and Rosewood and Taggart turn up. Where Taggart tells Axel to get out of the pool he is clearly wearing sunglasses and smoking a cigar. He is still wearing the sunglasses and smoking the cigar right up until the moment he is about to slip into the pool. As it cuts to a different angle and Taggart slips into the pool you can easily see he isnt wearing his sunglasses and has no cigar in his hand
