When Jason Bourne is inside the American Embassy, he kicks open a door to the balcony trying to get away. The camera pans down to the fire escape ladder opening on the balcony floor. The snow has been moved aside by the opening of the door and part of the metal flooring is showing. He then looks around, climbs on the railing and drops back to the deck. The entire deck is now totally clear of snow! He climbs down the ladder and hides under the balcony. When the Marines look out the door, all the snow has reappeared again, with a different impression in the snow from the door opening again.
