This is a Hallmark Channel movie.

The basis of this movie centers around this girl supposedly riding her blind horse in a Dressage competition. The horse that is blind is a raggedy, coal black Percheron cross with huge hooves. The horse she shows up with at the competition and claims it's the same horse is a sleek Dutch Warmblood with thin legs and a brown muzzle. When her sequence is over, the camera shows her dismounting the shaggy Percheron. Please! Didn't they think there were horse people watching who could tell the difference? Even if you knew little about horses, anyone can see the difference especially with the brown muzzle on it's face!
