When Tuco is about to be hanged for the first time (about 20 minutes into the film), Blondie is seen in the upper level of a barn. Just after Blondie shoots down Tuco's noose, he jumps on a horse carriage, fires his rifle and the horses begins to run. The camera then follows the wheels of the carriage and just as the last pair of wheels passes by the camera a man, or at least his legs, is visible for a brief moment in the shot.
