Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince - I Thought He Had an Umbrella
At the part where the people lift up their wands when they find Dumboldore, dead Haggred lifts a wand. In the story line as a kid they destroyed his wand and Dumboldore had it turned into an umbrella as seen in the first movie. Where did he get a wand?
The Ministry of Magic have known since the end of Harry's second year that Hagrid can't have been the one who opened the Chamber of Secrets in his and Tom Riddle's time, since it happened again that year; besides, they probably are now aware that it was Riddle (a.k.a. Voldemort). Either way, they now know that Hagrid's expulsion was wrongful, and he's thus entitled to a wand.
Hagrid wasn't holding a wand... if you look carefully at that point, it isn't his hand. He was expelled, the ministry broke his wand... they never gave it back... This mistake never happened and the so called correcting is also wrong.
