In episode of "The Chinese Restaurant" Jerry was supposed to have went to his Uncles's house,but instead wants to go see a bad science fiction movie. At the restaurant he sees a woman who works in that very Uncles's office. After,Jerry tells Elaine the all phone calls and mess that will happen because he was spotted. In this,he mentions "his sister" and then the sister is never mentioned again... sort of like Georges's brother.
