Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince - Burrow Destroyed, Then Rebuilt?
During the Death Eater attack on the Burrow, Bellatrix destroys the burrow in the process. There is just one problem, in the 7th book the burrow is rebuilt. I know that this made a great scene but the producers didn't have to destroy something that is seen again.
This "slip-up" is bogus. There are at least two things wrong:
(1) As is nearly always the case, the movie was an ADAPTATION of the book, not a slavish copy; so the fact that this scene occurs nowhere *in the book* is irrelevant, since it isn't the book we're discussing. JKR was a story consultant to this movie as to all the others, and she approved this scene, so who are we to argue?
(2) This scene occurs at Christmas; the wedding isn't held until eight months afterward, plenty of time in which to rebuild the Burrow, especially if done by magical means such as the Reparo spell.
