In the scene where Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli are looking for eveidence of Merry and Pippin in the pile of dead Uruk-Hai bodies, Aragorn kicks a Uruk-Hai's helmet and falls to his knees. Now when he kicked it, he actually broke three of his toes. If you look very closely in Hi Definition when Aragorn looks at the imprint in the grass, there is a shining peace of tape right next to his mustache. Look at his eyes, there a darker shade of color. In the commentary, you can here Peter Jackson say they should have put makeup on the stunt devils fake mustache! They had to replace him and just added in his voice.
