In the Episode "Dead and Unburied" (4x05), the Lance Corporal's two fiancees get into a fight outside the elevator. After the fight begins, Tony stands up and points out the 'chick fight'. McGee hangs up the phone he's holding and grabs his cell, to begin filming.

In the following scene in Abby's lab, McGee plays the video back - only now it shows the beginning of the fight, which McGee could not possibly have recorded.
