In the very first episode where Will first comes to Bel-air, he goes to his room and starts to put pictures on the wall. When he is putting up the Malcolm X poster up, you can clearly see the wall shake.
I don't really know how this affects the slip-up or not, but I figured I would give the explanation of why this occurred.
In a special episode that explains why the show was even started, it was stated that a "Soap Opera Set" was used for the pilot, apparently because they had no idea if it would be picked up or not by a network, like any pilot, but they said after that, they got a real, true set for the show.
I am no set expert, but I guess Soap Opera sets are cheap, or that's what the special made it sound like.
