Start watching at about 58 minutes and 40 seconds into the movie. This is where Mary is visiting Hancock at his home and telling him who they really are.
As she leaves, the scene cuts to where she is about to get into a car. If you paid attention earlier, she flew to his place. There is no car when she arrived nor when they both fly off.
Ummm, you can cleearly see her driving up to his house.
You see a view from inside her car as she's first
driving up to his house and you see Hancock waiting
outside(1:08:18 - 1:08:22), then a second view of her car
pulling up and stopping(1:08:22 - 1:08:27).
Followed by her getting out of the car.
