On S07E01 "Coefficient of Drag", go to the third deleted scene "Zadofien makes a deal with Ronnie":

Zadofian is lying on the bed, hands above his head, handcuffed to the headboard. Problem is we clearly see the cuff only on his right wrist, left cuff dangling, and holding the headboard with his left hand. The camera pans up to show Ronnie (standing at the foot of the bed) reflected in a mirror, and when it pans back to Zadofian, he now has both cuffs on.
