Both slip-ups are from the Andy Griffith episode where Opie is banned from the jail because Andy and Barney are bad influences according to Aunt Bee.

The scene in Opie's bedroom when Andy is telling Opie that he can’t’ come by the jail anymore; when the scene cuts to a close shot of Andy, his hair is parted on the right side and when it cuts back to the medium shot of Andy sitting on the bed, his part is gone from the right side to the left side. It does this 2 times. I think maybe during editing they reverse the frames or something.

In the same episode, when Opie is sitting eating apples on the back of a pickup truck, you can see the reflection of someone (crew member) wearing a white shirt in the window of the story behind Opie. Once when he first starts eating the apples and more obvious after the scene fades to the apple cores and then pans up to Opie.
