This PPV featured the famous Hell In The Cell match with Undertaker vs. Mankind. At the beginning of the match, Undertaker and Mankind are on top of the cell. Just before Mankind is "thrown" off the top, a part of the cage snaps loose as both men walk across nearly causing them to fall down to the mat. They both pause a second to regain their balance.
