At the beginning of the movie when Bandit & Snowman are going to Texas to get the beer, Bandit is chased by a cop through a small town. At first the streets are wet from rain and they even drive through puddles. Then when Bandit jumps the curb and hides behind the building, the street is complete dry and the Trans Am's T-tops are out. Also when he drives behind the building, you can see that one of Bandit's headlights is not working.
